I had an amazing stay here! The hotel had spacious rooms with en suite bathrooms and separate twin-bed rooms. The staff was courteous and helpful, making my experience even better. The location was ideal, just a short drive from the airport and beautiful beaches. The hotel had a fantastic restaurant with delicious regional cuisine. And the best part was the amazing pool, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
No complaints.

If you like a quiet place in the mountains its perfect. The rooms are proper and the staff is friendly. Food in the restaurant is nice. Breakfast is ok.
Its about half an hour drive from the hotel to sea or to Catanzaro. When you want to have lunch or dinner outside the hotel or see some places you have to drive a lot. Borgia is nice, but small. There are only few shops, no restaurants.During the weekends in the evening there are weddings near the pool and in the restaurant, but except of the fire works it didn´t matter for us. The breakfast room smells a little bit musty. We prefer to eat outside and enjoy the weather, but there is no possibility. The staff doesn´t speak english.

the situation of the hotel was delightful, despite the industrial style warehouse which was visible on arrival. The pool was excellent. The food which was available in the restaurant was delicious. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained.
Unfortunately due to a wedding taking place on the first day of our holiday,we were not able to choose food from the menu (which was one reason we stayed here)The waiter who served us would obviously rather have been serviing those fluent in the Italian language than those of us with limited Italian. There were no loungers available by the pool until the day we left, which made a relaxing hoilday impossible. A shame, we thought the hotel had great potential

You may think that, being in the countryside, the hotel would be nice and quiet. Actually, it's popular for wedding ceremonies, which means a lot of noise and loud music until very late. We complained and asked to be moved to a quieter room, but they told us that they were fully booked. With no apologies, just a shrug of the shoulders.

We've enjoyed the comfort the hotel had offered us. The staff were friendly and helpfull. The room was spacious and clean! We also enjoyed the food the restaurant had offered. It was by far exquisit! The olive vineyard that surrounds the hotel is beautifull and romantic. Though there was every evening an event going on, there was still silence in our room and the surrounding area's! The small village Borgia was also wonderfull to visit. The locals were also friendly and helpfull. On saterday there is a small market were the locals all gather around. This is south Italy with all it charmes.

With all respect, beauful garden, swimingpool, well maintained rooms, breakfeast was ok, diner was what was served for the weddig guests! And than you know its mass production.. Nothing special. But the staff was very kind...
A pitty we did not stay the 2nd night because of the Honeymoon Parties, even when we arrived, the pool area was built for a wedding receptionl, and they told us the next night again!! So we left the following morning, although they were so kind to give us a room in another building. A pitty as well that their was no open air (al fresco) dining!! But a beautifull location, if you do not look at the factory building in front of the hotel. Its all about olives, but too commercial!!

The swimming pool and grounds were stunning, perfect for relaxing on a sunny day. the rooms were spacious and clean, with modern bathrooms. the proximity to the airport and local beaches made travel easy and efficient.
The hotel frequently hosts events, making some of the amenities unavailable to guests. the hotel is quite secluded, with limited nearby activities or dining options.

The staff were helpfull even though most didn't actually speak English.
The place was empty. I think I was vastly out numbered by the staff which meant that it was a little too quiet for me.

I loved the look of the hotel. the location was good fro us because we were traveling to Maida which was near. breakfast was good. good size rooms.
Our room was facing the pool and both weekend nights they had weddings at poolside which were loud with music until late.
